This Commercial Electronic Message Sending Clarification Text has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") to inform you about the processing of your personal data by the data controller SAM Güvenlik ve Koruma Hizmetleri ("SAM").

In this context, your processed personal data, the purposes for which your personal data may be processed, the method and legal basis for collecting your personal data, the parties to whom your personal data may be transferred, and your rights will be processed as outlined below.

1- Processed Personal Data

Identity: Name, Surname, Gender Information, Date of Birth Information

Contact: Email Address, Phone Number, Postal Address

Marketing: Shopping history information, Surveys, Cookie records, Information obtained from campaign activities, etc.

2- Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

• Sending personalized commercial electronic messages to you via communication channels (email, SMS, phone, etc.) that you have consented to, within the scope of marketing activities such as advertisements, campaigns, promotions, etc., related to SAM's activities.
• Sending regular commercial communications to you via SMS, email, and phone.
• Conducting and managing customized marketing activities, customer relationship management (CRM) activities, and profiling through the analysis of your past shopping habits and trends as part of marketing processes, and creating personalized campaigns, advertisements, etc. for you.

3- Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected in a lawful manner through automatic or non-automatic means via the website at https://www.samguvenlik.com.tr and/or communication forms. The personal data collected through these channels is processed based on the following legal grounds:

• The explicit consent of the data subject,
• The necessity of processing the data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

4- Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes to our suppliers, business partners, third-party service providers (advertising agencies, CRM and software support firms, etc.), and authorized public institutions and legally authorized private individuals or organizations, both within and outside of the country, in accordance with the conditions of personal data transfer specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law No. 6698.

5- Rights of the Data Subject under Article 11 of the Law No. 6698

As personal data owners, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
• If your personal data has been processed, to request information about it,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are being used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, both within the country and abroad,
• To request the correction of any incomplete or incorrect personal data and to request that the corrections be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data when the reasons for its processing no longer exist, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 and related regulations, and to request that this action be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To object to any adverse result arising from the exclusive processing of your personal data through automated systems,
• To request compensation for any damages resulting from the unlawful processing of your personal data.

You can submit your requests regarding the above-mentioned rights by filling out the Data Subject Application Form, which can be accessed from www.samguvenlik.com.tr. Your applications will be processed free of charge within the shortest time possible and no later than thirty days. However, if the process incurs any additional costs, a fee may be charged according to the rate determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
